5. Service Terms and Payment

Our services are provided at the following rates (all prices in Singapore Dollars):

• Digital Solution Consultation: SGD 88/hour
• AI System Architecture Design & Development: SGD 188/hour
• System Troubleshooting & Optimization: SGD 288/hour

Payment terms, cancellation policies, and service delivery details will be specified in separate service agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, DreamBrook Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted by any third party

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamBrook Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
